  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that vinyl records and CDs are well-protected to prevent damage during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided return label or address the package to our warehouse, ensuring you use a trackable shipping method for security.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects the returned items to confirm they are in mint condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 business days.
